Neelesh Yogi born 1993, Indore, India is a graduate of Kala Bhavana, Santiniketan. Neelesh works on the everyday objects, revealing their manifold connection to the psychological and emotional life of the middle class family, which he himself belongs to. Objects, though functional, are part of the daily life of the people who use them and closely associated with their emotions, memories and desires. His recent small-scale works evokes a sense of intimacy and closeness, capturing the dynamics between the objects, class and feeling. Neelesh has participated in many group shows. His works have been shown in Parambh student art festival in Indore (2018); Pune Biennial (2017); among others. He was awarded the Certificate Award by Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation in 2019. Neelesh Yogi lives and works in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
