Recrudescence refers to the recurrence of an undesirable condition. We have witnessed the present journey of the migrant workers during the Covid-19 lockdown as a recrudescence of the great migration of the partition in the past.  Weaving the past with the present, the series that incorporates a wide range of heterogeneous elements – photographs, decorative patterns, texts and maps - questions our prevalent understanding of history and politics.
